Reps for Miley Cyrus are urging the public not to take her jokes about being a pothead too seriously.  One tells TMZ.com Cyrus was only having a little fun at her own expense.   According to the rep, the cake was simply an inside joke and that Miley’s pal, Kelly Osbourne, has been calling the singer “Bob Miley” ever since video surfaced last year of Cyrus smoking out of a bong that reportedly contained salvia.
