Join your friends from K104.7 and Renaissance Plastic Surgery for another ‘Alive After 5′ at the Epicentre Pavilion today and every Thursday starting at 5pm! Music on the BudLight Stage tonight from ‘Rubberband!’
Across town, it’sMETLIVE Music on the Greenway mixes free live music with a great view of Uptown Charlotte this and every Thursday night starting at 6:30pm at 1111 Metropolitan Avenue. Park free, and you’ll have a chance to take a nice walk along the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, too. Music tonight is from ‘Craven Melons.’
Whitewater River Jam is back at the U.S. National Whitewater Center with FREE concerts through September. The concerts are free, but keep in mind that parking is $5 per car. Concerts start at 7pm – on stage tonight ‘Packway Handle.’
Take care of your pets! Starting at 7am, you can get free rabies shots for dogs and cats in Mecklenburg County
Starting at 7:30am, it’s ‘Ask a Master Gardener at Charlotte Regional Farmers Market‘

Ok – Saturday and Sunday, you can take your mom to enjoy “Picasso: Select Prints and Ceramics,” featuring a series of lithographs, etchings and ceramics by Pablo Picassoat the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art , and she’ll get free admission and 10% off all purchases in the museum store! Everyone else pays the regular price…sorry.
If you’re mom is either active or wild and crazy, , moms get into Ray’s Splash Planet for free from 1pm to 6:30pm! Splash Planet, in case you didn’t know, features a three story slide, a vortex, lap swimming, interactive water play area, and other crazy extras – fun!
Moms get into Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden for free on Sunday, too!
