We’re never at a loss for great things to do here in Charlotte – and so many of them fit into everyone’s budget – they’re all free!!!

Tuesday:

At 10am, enjoy the  NASCAR displays at Mooresville Walmart

After 5pm, it’s free admission to the  Mint Museums

Wednesday:

Starting at 10am, see the  NASCAR displays at Kanapolis and  Salisbury Walmart

From 6-9pm, it’s the Ballantyne Mix at Six concert with the  Matt Stratford Band

Starting at 7, it’s a beer tasting at the  Common Market – Plaza Midwood

Thursday:

At 10am, check out the  NASCAR displays at N. Tryon Street Walmart

Then at 11:30am, ditto in Concord -  NASCAR displays at Concord Commons Walmart

Kicking off at 5pm, it’s Alive After Five at EpiCentre: U2 Tribute Band and Right To Party!

- it’s Brenda Matthews – I’ll be hosting  – and I’ll see you there!!!

After 6:30pm it’s  METLIVE Music on the Greenway: The Blue Dogs

And at 7pm, enjoy the Whitewater River Jam: Overmountain Men

Friday:

All day, enjoy free admission to the Mint Museums, Gantt Center, and Bechtler Museum of Modern Art

After 10am, it’s the  NASCAR displays at Thunder Road, Concord Walmart and at the Concord Commons Walmart

At 6pm, be a part of the  All Arts Market and NoDa Gallery Crawl

And from 5pm, on it’s Alive After Five at Piedmont Town Center - 

featuring  “The Maxx”

Saturday:

Starting at 8am, it’s the 9th Annual Old VW Bus Show will take place at Hodges Family Farm,3900 Rocky River Road!  Don your love beads and tie dye, and check out the 1950-1979 era ‘mico’ buses! Hundreds of buses from up and down the East Coast will be participating. While you’re there, enjoy the family farm. Fly a kite, throw a frisbee, and pet the animals.

After 9am, it’s the  Race City Festival in Mooresville

At 10am, the  Charlotte Clean and Green Festival kicks off

At 3pm, enjoy a Walking tour of NoDa, then at 4pm, enjoy the Matheson Bridge Unveiling and Meck DecDay NoDa Street Party
