The MDNA Tour kicks off in Tel Aviv tonight, and People magazine spills that her on-stage garb will be “sexy, seductive — and sometimes, super small.”

Ok…so far no word on a sexy Egyptian knock-off, or a golden cape, but there will be an updated conical bra/corset!  Jean Paul Gaultier said “When she asked me to do a costume for her for this tour, I couldn’t refuse,” according to WWD.

Other designers include Jeremy Scott and Alexander Wang, shoes from Prada and Miu Miu. Dolce & Gabbana is dressing the band and background vocalists, and Fausto Puglisi created vests and masks for backup dancers and J Brand designed custom-made jeans, again, according to WWD .  Also expect to see shoes and lingerie from [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Madonna[/lastfm]‘s new Truth or Dare collection in the show, too.
