Hey it’s Kate! Welcome to our newest feature here at K104.7, Wellness Wednesday…where you can take a few minutes each week to get great tips on how to recharge your battery in this hectic, crazy thing called LIFE!!
Wellness Wednesdays will feature quick and easy tips for the Mind, Body and Spirit that you can incorporate into your daily life, and we’ll just get started with the something SO simple….MUSIC!! (duh, this IS a radio station afterall!) Seriously, music is a fantastic pick me up! When you’re feeling down, irritated, or even if you’re in good mood…you can turn it into a great mood with music. Maybe you need to relax…then you may want to try some Classical or Smooth Jazz to calm you. Or if you’re like me…you may need to crank it up and sing to the top of your lungs…and suddenly you have a smile on your face and those awesome andorphins are flowing.
